If there were more than 5 stars as a rating option for my Koru K9 Rocky Mountain region trainer ,Jenny Zulauf, ll and the Philosophy behind Koru K 9 Dog Training’s strength,in the Boulder /Denver area,I would support it wholeheartedly.
I had never thought I would consider a dog and train program but our latest Malamute at 1 1/2 yrs ,92 lbs ,as well behaved and sweet as she was , she was no pleasure to walk and had little impulse control and a natural instinct for pulling ! At 71 yrs and 8 metal replacements I was desperate to allow her to be all dog but be respectful of my physical limitations .
We entered the 3wk Board and Train ,nervously ,but quickly relaxed into the professionalism ,dedication ,security ,and thoughtful efforts that Jenna displayed .The videos ,pics,and thorough progress sheets thru out each week relaxed us that she was where she should be for that limited time.
She came back with skills and a comfortable confidence to be on her “place”cot ,in her “kennel “happily and not lunge in and out of doors and the car.
She is still a work in progress with her impulses but she is young and has a strong base to move on with into maturity due to Jenna’s skill and love.
